We offer several flexible training options to suit your schedule and learning preferences:

• Live Training
• Virtual Training (10 weeks)
• Online Training (self-paced)

Requirements

Must have already completed 2 RYH group experiences.* 

*Minimum of 1 RYH Processing Pain and 1 RYH Understanding Emotions

Cost

The group registration cost is $125. The RYH Training Manual must be purchased separately for $45 .
